We were having problems with our washer. Called Deven, he checked everything out and explained what was going on with it. We decided that it was best to buy a new washer even though he could have fixed the problems. Don't hesitate to give Deven a call. You won't be disappointed. He's honest, respectful and very knowledgeable.
Deven came to fix our dishwasher and had it diagnosed within a matter of minutes. Ordered the part, it came in on time and he came back out to install the new part on time. Had the new part installed without any complications within an hour. He is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, friendly and explains everything he's doing and what needed to be done. Completely satisfied with his work and he actually went above and beyond. I highly recommend Superior Appliance Service LLC for any appliance repair.
Oven igniter replaced on my gas range after it stopped lighting. Tech was efficient and clearly familiar with the brand. Same-day appointment, in and out under an hour. Would call again.
