How much is a service call for appliance repair?
$65, or $125 for stacked washer and dryer units. That covers the trip and the diagnosis, and it’s waived if you approve the repair.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Labor is covered for 1 month, and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Is it worth repairing an appliance or should I replace it?
A good rule: if the appliance is less than about 10 years old and the repair costs less than half of a comparable new one, repair usually wins. I’ll give you an honest recommendation either way. Sometimes that means telling you not to fix it.
